Can I do just warehousing and fulfillment with Stacks or do I have to use all your services?

Yes, While our end-to-end logistics capabilities and software platform are built to work together harmoniously, customers can pick and choose specific logistics services to use separately

Do you own and operate your own facilities?

Yes. We have a network of first-party facilities strategically-placed across India and USA to provide complete 2-day ground coverage for customers. In addition to our own facilities, we have a premium partner network of over 8500 facilities across North America, so that we can provide total coverage for all markets and highly specialized requirements like 1-day shipping to remote areas.

Can you support dedicated operations or only public, multi-client warehousing?

Both. In addition to our flexible network of multi-client facilities, we set up many dedicated facilities for our customers with high volume or specific security needs.

How do you vet your partner facilities? What is it like to work with Stacks when using a partner facility?

Whether your inventory is in a Stacks-operated facility or a partner facility, we ensure that you get the same best- in-class service and experience. We carefully vet each of our partners with in-person assessment of their operations, facilities, processes, and technology. When we onboard a customer in a partner facility, our Warehouse Excellence team is on-site to make sure everything from inbounds to outbound and everything in between is set up for success

Why should I work with Stacks compared to an on-demand warehousing provider?

It is best to find something that is truly tailored to your needs. On-demand providers can offer you quick capacity, but not much beyond that With Stacks, you get similar speed, but we build custom solutions tailored specifically to your needs.

How do you handle liability for the goods in Stacks' warehousing network?

Each facility in our network maintains insurance and assumes liability for any loss or damage to goods caused by them or their negligence. Full risk cargo insurance can be purchased through Stacks at a competitive cost

How is inventory tracked in the Stacks network, and what happens if there is an inventory discrepancy?

Each warehouse scans products moving 1 n and out of the warehouse, with all movement tracked in the Stacks platform so you have the most real-time view of your inventory. We run standard cycle counts to ensure your internal inventory report matches ours, and you can request a cycle-count on-demand at any time. Your dedicated Operations Specialist will identify and resolve any discrepancies.
